Yes, lifts may be picked up at one of the manufacturer’s warehouse locations. Lifts stocked at SS Auto Equipment may be picked up at our location in Lisbon, OH.

• Triumph

Triumph Lifts come with a 1 year parts warranty, no labor. You simply call us, we toubleshoot the problem over the phone with you, we ship you the part needed to fix the problem free of charge, the part is free and shipping is free. The free shipping is ground service. We do not cover labor costs for someone to install the replacement part, you must do this yourself or pay someone to do it but most of the time it is very easy for a car mechanic to do themselves. We do not cover the rubber lifting pads, and the cylinders come with a 30 day full warranty and after 30 days we provide a seal kit.

Limited One-Year Warranty:
Tuxedo Distributors, LLC offers a limited one-year warranty to the original purchaser of Lifts and Wheel Service equipment in the United States and Canada. Tuxedo will replace, without charge, any part found defective in materials or workmanship under normal use, for a period of one year after purchase. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. This warranty does not apply to equipment that has been improperly installed or altered or that has not been operated or maintained according to specifications.

Lifts are delivered on a hotshot-style trailer (typically 40’ gooseneck) or full-size semi trailer depending on the load. Your responsibility as the buyer is to ensure the address you provide is accurate and accessible for the driver. The buyer is also fully responsible for unloading the lift. Lift packages are long and heavy which means you will need a forklift, crane, or heavy-duty tractor to offload. Customers are not allowed to disassemble lifts while still on the trailer to make unloading easier. Check the shipping weight of the lift you are buying and compare with the equipment rating of the offloading equipment to ensure you have a capable and safe machine to offload your lift. All returned lifts are subject to freight and restocking fees which are payable by the customer.
