Returns

Once an order has shipped, it CANNOT be returned. Orders canceled after the payment has been processed but before the item(s) have shipped will incur a 5% cancellation fee of the total invoiced amount. If an item is refused at shipment by the customer, the customer will be responsible for freight charges both ways and a 25% restocking fee assessed by the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has a return/replacement policy for damaged or warranted components.

Shipping Damage & Warranty
